Great beading book
Wonderful projects you can create without help of a teacher. I bought this copy because I lent my original to a friend who never returned it. Loom weaving is not very hard. Just follow the charts row by row. One row at a time and before you know it you have a necklace or bracelet.

Third try is a charm!
I ordered 2 other bead weaving booklets and they were a waste of money! This third book is exactly what I was looking for! It has basic directions, diagrams, and colored pictures to follow…ideal for beginners and more advanced crafters as well. I haven’t done any bead weaving in many years and this 48 page soft cover book will be invaluable when I teach my grandkids the ins and outs of bead weaving! It definitely gets 5 stars from me!

Nice, but not as expected
This is a nice book and gives you lots of good ideas, however, 4 stars because I already own a good common and heavy duty loom and the book provides all it’s samples and step by step with a specific loom and the small objects are done with a baby loom that I have never seen. In fact, neither looms are familiar to me or my friends. Nevertheless, I have learned a few tricks and tips.

Awesome book
Ive bought and looked at a few bead books lately, and this one has been the best one so far!!! It gives understandable instructions and not just patterns. Highly recommend for beginners!!

Written for Clover Looms. Not generic bead weaving
I gave this book 3 stars because potential buyers should be warned that this is more like an instruction manual for Clover beading looms rather than being a generic bead weaving book. I have both Clover beading looms, so that is okay with me, but if you don't have these looms skip this book. Also, this book and "Beading on a Weaving Loom" are almost exact. I'm annoyed that I bought both books and they both have almost the same information and projects. This book with a different title is nothing more than an updated version of the other one and the author released it as a separate title so that she could make more money without actually writing a new book. This book is 48 pages long. 19 pages are specific instructions about how to use the Clover Looms (10 pages on how to use the Clover mini-loom and 9 on how to use the regular Clover loom). One page on how to do increases and decreases, two pages on additional 'techniques' and 24 pages on projects.I dislike that the author seems to skip over many steps, so you end up scratching your head on how she went from step 2 to step 3 without showing what you needed to do between those steps. For example: on page 10 she is showing home to weave on the mini-loom. On step 2 she shows that you need to pass the needle under the warp threads, in step 3 she shows a picture of the beads already under the warp threads. The problem is that the mini-loom has almost no space under the warp threads and she doesn't explain how you are supposed to get the beads under there. This isn't the only place where she simply skips over important information. If you want a good bead weaving book, try "Guide to Beading with a Loom from Start to Finish".

This book is great for the beginner as well as those experienced in beadwork. The description of the techniques are clear. The pictures used to describe the techniques are clear and a great support for the explanations provided for each technique. It serves well for anyone that does well with written instructions as well as anyone that is visual and does better with pictures demonstrating the technique.
