This is a nice racing car. It will work on 1/43 and 1/32 scale tracks. It's very well detailed for such a small car, and it's tough enough to let the kiddies race it. There's not enough 1/43 scale racing cars so finding a nice one like this is a very nice thing. I recommend this for anyone who likes small slot cars that are easy to drive.

I think it's amazing how Carrera has mimicked some of the real life characteristics of this car. On a high-speed track it's very smooth as long as you're not pushing it too hard. If you do push it hard it will stack up your guardrail posts like Necco Wafers. But overall a very fast and smooth car. Slightly above middle of the pack for lap times.

This car looks great and drives well as long as it is the only car on the track It is wide so when you are running two race cars, one may bump the other off of the track, especially on curves. Also, squeeze track and crossover track don't work so well with this car. It tends to fly off the track more than some other cars.

We have several of the Go! 1:43 cars and something about this one is wrong. We bought a replacement for the one that came with our track and it's just as bad. The peg looks different, like shorter, and don't know if that's the issue but it flies off the track even at low speeds. Seems like a defect and I see that others have mentioned the same issue.

Well out of the 6 cars purchased this one seems to run best. It's not that I'm a chevy kind of guy, it just runs faster stays on track most often. Can't say anything bad basic slot car the carrera go track that I recently purchased has its moments but for the most part does the job for my 5 and 7 year old.
