Although I read the reviews when I was going to purchase this camera, I couldn't believe how true they really were!! That's why I'm writing one! It is amazing and it was extremely easy to set up. I live alone and this is the most comfortable I have felt when leaving my apartment. You can put an SD card in there if you want to keep a record of all your recordings. The night vision is amazingly clear. I have it to look at my place while I'm at work and sometimes I do set the alert when I leave for any type of motion detective. It sent me a text message notification immediately when I moved inside my residents.. love, love, love it. I have sent it to at least 3 of my friends to purchase and screenshoted the information. I'm actually thinking of purchasing a second one but I just don't know if they connect together so I can put it in my front window.(someone stole my yard Christmas decorations last year), I'm hoping the bastard comes back again this year because I'm going to be ready for them! Please purchase because you will be mad you didn't do it sooner like I was! YOU HAVE TO HAVE WIFI..AND YOU WILL NEED TO KNOW YOUR PASSWORD, OR IT WONT WORK.(also I haven't checked to see if I can connect to Alexa or not), but that's next! I actually have mine sitting on top of the refrigerator because it has a very strong magnet at the base and the camera swivels forward back, and side to side so you can position perfectly. There are instructions how to mount on the wall and it comes with a heavy two-sided sticky tape if you want that option. JUST BUY IT..Makes a great cheap, safe home gift as well.

The night vision is a joke. It’s like it’s not even there. You can’t really see anything. It’s useless. During the day, Once the pertain is close by the camera, the up-close picture is blurry and dark while behind the person everything is clear and crisp, so very useless. The motion feature is a hit or miss and majority of my stills are blurry. I’m disappointed to say the least. I’ve had other inexpensive cameras but this one is the worst by far. The vision angle is wide but cannot remotely change or turn the camera. It uses SD cards so no need to get cloud services. Picture is 720 at best, not 1080. Once connected it stays connected and you can use your app on your phone to monitor. Does not integrate with any other app or IA service.1st UPDATE: it only lasted 6 months. Now it doesn’t even connect with the wifi anymore. I’ve followed every single step and is not user error.2nd UPDATE: Manufacturer reached out and send a new camera. Night vision still bad and still does not integrate with other apps. Everything else improved. Added 2 ⭐️ more.

I purchased the camera to keep an eye on my fur babies while I'm at work just for my own peace of mind. I was not expecting much given the price. I was recommended the camera by a fellow cat lady who showed me her live footage, and I was so shocked at how good the image quality is. Set up was super quick and easy and I am so impressed with how unbelievably clear the images are! There is a feature that allows you to communicate from the app through the camera which is so cool. I just purchased another to put into a different room, it's not this exact camera because it was unavailable at the time but I wished I would have waited so I could have gotten another one of these. I don't mind because the new one will work with the same app. I highly recommend this for home use and if you need a camera to keep an eye on pets, children or elderly family members. Such a great deal on a great gadget! **The picture I included is a screenshot from footage of my babies watching birds on youtube so you can see the image quality.

I hope to love this security cam. I also paid $14 per year for cloud service. But the app keeps showing network error 3 hours after my initial setup. Camera stopped working first, and the cloud also failed to connect. I reinstalled the app. It didn't even allow me to sign in again. Also shows NETWORK Error. My wifi works totally fine. It's a rubbish. I will just waste my annual cloud payment and return the junk. Don't buy it. Never had a security cam failed to work that fast. It's an unreliable device.Update: I waited for the respond from 360 customer support email for 3 days before I eventually returned the product. They asked me to be patient until they give me a solution. Apparently, no feasible solution is provided. On day 3, they asked me to provide the product serial number and snap shot on the error message. I have had reset the camera every day to hope for a successful reload of the clips in the cloud and SD card. It worked for 3-4 hours before the app crushed and showing "failed to connect or reload. Please try again later". When I checked the usage of my SD card, it showed that 7 GB data were used within 3-4 hours, unfortunately, I cannot reveal a single clip from the app. I really wish to like this camera because of better resolution. I was patient enough to give 3 days to reset this cam and hope for the miracle. The manufacturer should fix the app before launching the product, rather than asking their customers to be their QC. DO NOT BUY IT UNTIL THEY FIX THE APP.
