This is the perfect tool to use with his book. I love how my memory has improved and this workbook just helps even more. Look him up on You Tube and you will be impressed with his learning techniques.

Informative workbook.
This workbook is meant to be read alongside Jim Kwik's Limitless book, and it does a good job of helping you nail down key concepts and allows you to actively reflect chapter-by-chapter to make sure you fully understand Jim's methods.Highly recommended if you get Limitless. Honestly, even without Limitless, you can gather a decent amount of info from this book.
