After initial use, I could tell that it soothed better than any other dry eye drops that I used in the past years.For the 1st 2 weeks, I used one vial a day (~1 drop each eye every 4 hrs). Now I use it as needed, sometime once or twice a day, especially after outdoor activities.Notes: I had to tap the vial to ensure that I got every bit of liquid out of the opening.I also took 250mg of hyaluronic acid for two weeks along with using the drops (as per PubMed article). Now I am taking 125mg supplement daily.As an eye lid wipe, I used Garnier micellar cleaning water with hyaluronic acid + aloe applied to a cotton ball.I will try the iGel to see if it works the same. It has less packaging and may be easier to dispense the drops.

Good for sensitive eyes, yet don't really know if these are necessarily better than the Biotrue HA drops. Dropper is an interesting shape and drops smell interesting...

I use Ocusanum eye drops for my dry eye problem and it is very effective at relieving this problem. I'm very sensitive to preservatives and chemical additives and I love that this product does not contain those kinds of ingredients. It feels so soothing as soon as I put them in - just like natural moisture for my eyes!

Ocusanum Eye Drops are a big step above over-the-counter eye drops.The packaging is excellent. The effects of the drops are long lasting and very comforting to the eyes.I wavered between four and five stars on the ease of dispensing only because the individual drop packaging is kinda small and can be resistant to squeezing...this being said by a 64 year old with moderate arthritis in my hands. I found putting the base of the individual package in a spring clothespin to be an easier way to handle them. Don't hesitate to purchase these!

My eye Dr. recommended this and it works better than most re-wetting drops and can easily be carried. They are less expensive than the little bottles of stuff you buy.

Excellent eye drops, it has hyaluronic sodium and is the best compund for dry eyes.

Terrible smell of off gassing plastic. The smell of plastic is so strong when you squeeze out the drops. I already worry about micro plastics in eyedrops but to have to smell plastic so strong you could almost taste it. It really worries me about the quality of the plastic being used.
