Love these for going out to eat, easy to apply and pickup and makes mealtime that much easier when out at a restaurant.

I specifically selected these table toppers because they look like a car track-- lots of fun for my 2yo. When I received them-- they are not the track at all, but instead just pictures of the characters from Cars. Disappointed.

I've purchased both these and the ones with Sesame Street characters on them. I feel like the line of glue on these is further from the edge, meaning my 1.5 yr old can pull them up more easily from the table. Also, from the picture I thought that these would have a road or something more interactive on them. There are pictures of the cars from the movie Cars2, with the idea being that the child learns the colors of the cars.

They work! We are on our third package of these. Having two boys under four, these are great for covering tables at restaurants. It both keeps them from messing the table with errant crumbs, ketchup or other such food and it keeps a germ barrier in place between the table and the food. While we prefer plates, we can even place shared food directly on the mat if need be.So, why not five stars? I, like another reviewer, received a pack that has just the cars characters on the mat, not the track as we have received before and as pictured. It doesn't matter to my boys, they like both. The -1 star is simply for not having the appropriate product in the posting, not for a defective product.Other reviews: I have read other reviews stating that these either don't stick well or stick too firmly. This being our third set, I can tell you that we have not had problems with them sticking to the table. They stick well. I have not had them peel up paint from a table, but we typically don't eat at tables that are simply painted with no real finish. As for a 2-year-old being able to peel them up, well, of course they can. If we can, they can. My kids may have tried to peel them up initially but a simple "no" keeps the peeling up from happening. So, it's not an issue with the product but more likely with the parenting.Little trick: Wrap the edge closest to the child around the edge of the table (if the table edge material allows it). Keeps the germ barrier all the way to the edge of the table.

We love using these when we go out to restaurants so we don't have to worry so much about whether they have cleaned the tables appropriately for our son to eat off of. It also makes clean up much easier because we can pull it all together and just stack on one of our plates. It also keeps little ones entertaining with the characters on the table cover.

These are literally a life saver! My 10 month old cannot have a plate in a restaurant or else it becomes a frisbee. These things are good quality, easy and disposable. 3 things that are super important when it comes to kids!

We absolutely love these! We use them when we're out at a restaurant since our son likes to tip and spill anything in a bowl or on a plate. We just put his food directly on the placemat. It also eases our minds with regard to germs (some places aren't as clean as they appear). The adhesive straps are excellent. They stay put for the duration of the meal, but don't leave any sticky residue behind once you remove it.
