Stay Hydrated!
--- How Do I Use It? ---I usually just pop one or two of these in my 1l water bottle - but if you do this, be careful because it can 'fizz' up through the straw, and you end up a little sticky, and you smell a bit like orange.--- The Good ---Honestly, does what it says on the tin, got a bunch of stuff that's generally good for you (but you might want to check with a pharmacist if you're on any specific medication), I like using them, the flavours are pretty good and it's a better choice than using just squash all the time, plus keeps you hydrated, I've seen a good increase in the appearance of my skin since using these.--- The Bad ---They're a little expensive for what they are, and stock is usually quite unreliable on Amazon; I had a Subscribe & Save that I ended up having to cancel because it just kind of came whenever it was in stock, so I'd end up running out before the next delivery.

Excellent for hangovers!
I’ve tried a few different tablets after heavy nights, and these are an absolute winner! Within 30 minutes you feel ready to face the world again! Now I make sure I have a tube in the house at all times!

They taste grim
These might do the job scientifically but they taste horrible. They have the same “silky” texture/taste as dioralyte and they just taste a bit grim.I tried to just down it in one but couldn’t do it. There’s got to be better options out there.The lemon ones are mildly better but they smell a bit like toilet cleaner. Overall I would use them if I absolutely had to but only as a last resort.

Essential for festival hangovers!
This stuff is amazing!I had two each morning at Download festival, dropped into my water bottle, and it hugely helped with my hangovers!Mixes quickly, and tastes OK.It really does work!
