Good beginner eyepiece
I like this eyepiece and I think it's a good addition to my kit. If you have a basic telescope that comes with a few low to mid quality static eyepieces (which is what you will normally get with a all-in-one kit), I think you will appreciate this addition to your kit too. The material quality is good. The clarity is good. It's not a high-end piece-- the view gets a little soft around the edges, especially at high magnification, but the eyepiece suitably subs for my others without much difference, and it spares me the need to switch eyepieces to zoom. I especially appreciate this when I'm observing with my 3 year old because it saves time and touches.

Enjoyable for a time, but fidelity of telescoping was not right for me.
