Exceeds expectations
Let me first say I have more first aid training than most. This kit is above average in most points. While some of the items are not the best quality the complete function ability of the kit is astounding for your average user. Everyone with training makes modifications to their kits. The modifications I have made are as follows: replace some items with those of better quality, and not many at that, after all this is first aid and not a home kit. I did add a gallon ziplock bag to hold everything in side the otter bad which is rock solid. I added some better bandages, large, flexible. The ones in the kit are your standard band aid and larger knuckle style. The larger knuckle style and regular ones while not the greatest however it is first aid and I do use it as a weekend kit and sometimes more. While they are not so great they are however plentiful, someone was thinking ahead. I also added triple antibiotic ointment, and more cleaning items (peroxide etc) The tape is insufficient but will work in a pinch. The cleaning items while again not great are sufficient. There are both alcohol prep pads and iodine pads. The bag is large enough to hold more items without overpacking. I also added a sawyer extractor kit (full in its box) and I still have room. I will add a hands free light also, personal preference. The survival items are meh but are sure better than nothing. Overall you will NOT find a better kit for the price. While it is not a trauma kit add a Israeli bandage or 2 and a tourniquet and you have made a huge upgrade if that is your intent. As a general kit this is suitable to stand alone to treat minor scrapes, cuts scratches regularly, and a few stitch requiring wounds if needed (you will have to restock items to treat such). With the general utility, copious amount of band aids (quantity has a quality all of its own) the quality of the container I have to give this a top review though overall quality isnt great in some areas I have used the kit several times and as a general kit for the car, camping etc it cannot be surpassed for the price and utility. I will be getting a second one.

Great bag & Great Value of Items
After an extensive search and analysis, I purchased 3 of these in early December for Christmas presents (and for me since mine was really old) and I thought they were an excellent deal and arrived quickly. The pack and first aid supplies are worth the price for me. And, I must add that I am VERY difficult to please customer. (One of the packs did not come with a triangular bandage, but I won't drop the rating for that oversight). I did add some things as noted below (all available on Amazon). I know there are more expensive kits with some of these items. However, I had most of the extra items already or wanted a different kind than provided, and I wanted to be picky with specific brands, etc., (for example, I like a green tube tent to blend in the forest and other kits come with an orange or silver tent). So, this kit was the best value overall. I love it! It is truly like some of the upper $80 kits. I made the adjustments below to make this bag my Every Day Carry (EDC) bag that I keep in my vehicle and goes everywhere with me. It also serves as a major portion of my 72 hour emergency bag or bug out bag. I don't have any cons for this since it is a great kit for the price.Sawyer SP138 mini water filtration system adding 1L collapsible water bottleKnipex 7-Inch Alligator PliersRediTape Travel Duct TapeKlein Tools Multi-Bit ScrewdriverVIFUNCO Folding ScalpelDexsur Kelly hemostat forcepsTactical tourniquetAtwood Rope Ready Rope camouflage, 125ft, 100lbRite in the Rain All-Weather EDC Pen & pencilELAN Field waterproof notebookSABRE Advanced Pepper SprayReplaced scissors with Madison trauma shears 7.5”Replaced wire saw with Emergency wilderness survival pocket chainsaw 25.5”Replaced plastic tweezers with metal tweezersReplace gloves with nitrile gloves & pocket magnifier cardAdd green tube shelter, emergency poncho & contractor trash bagAdd Leatherman Wave MultitoolAdd a mini sewing kit of 2 needles of various sizes, black & white thread, & 4 buttonsAdd signaling card with morse code & rock/terrain signalsAdd 8 zip ties 10” & 4 of 6”Add 1” x 16” strip of muslin fabric rolled & 3' camp toilet paper rolledAdd small lighter, fatwood, waterproof matches, and small pencil sharpener to make tinderAdd ear plugs, lip balm, 3’ dental floss, 4 sugar packets, 2 honey sticks, 2 bouillon cubes, 4 coffee packets, antibiotic ointment, 2 Ben’s insect repellent packets, 2 sunscreen packetsAdd various medications such as ibuprofen, Tums, anti-diarrheal, antihistamine, 3 thermometer stripsAdd 1 washing detergent sheet, 2 dishwashing detergent sheets, 1 mini soapAdd 10K power bank & USB charging cable & adapterAttached Molle of Pathfinder canteen cook set with P51 can openerAttached Molle with a headlamp, pair of goggles, monocular, 2 rated carabiners, & leather gloves to the pack

Pretty solid
This has quite a bit of storage for something of its compact nature. It holds all 216 peices in it without an issue, I found that everything inside is a pretty solid quality and functions greatly. It's a good gift or item for various reasons and if you live in America I recommend getting it for emergencies. it's a great price for its value

Small and a bit confusing
Allot in there but not well organized. The bandages are good and plentiful but some of the other items are not too impressive. That said, it was inexpensive and I doubt you could buy all that was in it for the money I paid and lastly the case is pretty well made

Very good kit
I really like this kit. Great size for cars. Stocked well, but I added alcohol wipes and antibiotic gel packs. Some things could be identified better. I was a police officer and can identify most things.Mostly a very good kit. Glad I bought it
