Posture Corrector Brace - with Breathable Straps - Alleviate Pain Caused by Slouching and Poor Posture

I noticed I've been really slouchy lately and I sit at a desk all day long so I wanted to address that and start building some good habits. I searched for a few different braces and this one seemed great for functionality and price.The brace I got is nothing like the one pictured. I went back to the item and saw the legal disclaimer that basically reads like "Actual product packaging and materials may contain more and different information than what is shown on our website." I guess I didn't realize that it would be a completely different product. I wanted this one because it looked flexible and like something you can wear under your clothes. The one I received is HUGE, and has metal pieces on it. The metal pieces wouldn't bother me so much if they weren't right in your armpit area.I guess the joke's on me for not realizing that I was about to get something completely different than pictured, but I don't think it's so unreasonable to think you're getting at least a similar item. This was just too different, you're unable to wear it under clothes, it's not flexible, and the way it awkwardly cuts into your armpit area was the ultimate deal breaker for me. I'll post the pictures so you can be the judge. I'm going to order a different brace and hopefully this one is less of an (unpleasant) surprise.

I've been having constant cramping between my shoulder blades for weeks now and nothing was helping it. Literally as soon as I put this brace on the cramping went away. I haven't had any since, either. As some reviews have said, you might need to cut away or pad a few areas so the velcro doesn't rub your skin (I used some sheepskin scraps) but otherwise it's perfect!

It's uncomfortable to wear. The velcro rubs on your arms and irritates your skin. It has to be worn over long sleeve clothing. I feel like it's uncomfortable around my ribs and pushes my chest up in a strange and un-natural way.

The velcro straps on this brace can be very bothersome. They scratch you and dig into your skin. The brace itself seems to not work exactly as I would have hoped it would. I have to adjust the straps very tightly to make it feel like my shoulders are being pushed back and I am standing straighter. Overall, this product is average and not something I can tolerate wearing for more than a couple of hours.

The product in the picture is not the actual product, which actually seems to be a good thing. The item you actually receive seems to be much better quality.It has adjustable straps, and velcro sides, unlike what is actually pictured.The product has really improved my posture and helped hold my shoulders back so much! It's easily concealed under clothing, with the accepting of the shoulder straps, they come very close to the neck line, so you'll need to wear a tee shirt if you want the brace to be unnoticed.The straps will bother your armpits a bit, though. They rub them slightly, so I would recommend possibly sewing something soft to them.Other than the slightly uncomfortable underarm placement, I'm very pleased with this product.

This does nothing at all to pull my shoulders back. Perhaps it just doesn't fit properly, but I tried pulling the straps as tight as the velcro would allow, to no avail. I was hoping for something to help remind me of my posture and a gentle pressure on my shoulders, but as I said, this does absolutely nothing. A complete waste of money.

It was exactly what I was looking for my mom, the problem is that it doesn't come in sizes. It turn out to small for my mom even though it comes with Velcro straps.If you have a bigger option I would appreciate to let me know.Sincerely,Cecilia Nieto cnieto62@gmail.com

I do not think this is an item people should buy that need true support for their bad posture. People said it hurt when you wear it for a while which is from them using their muscles in their shoulders. I personally would not purchase again if I lost mine. I would not recommend it to a friend either. Both the shoulder straps and the support strap are adjustable by velcrow, but it does interfere with wearing a bra. If you are really looking for something that will hold your shoulders back though I would get a sturdy back brace type thing like a corset.
