Excellent quality brackets, 3" was oversized a bit for my 2.5" fence posts which is exactly what I wanted for a little bit of slack in my dock. They worked great with my heavy duty screws and washers, no complaints, would buy again if I ever need more.

This hinge is amazing. I just finished by floating deck and ramp. The hinges are second to none that I researched.

Used this to hold my fence post in place on my floating dock. Enough room, but not to much, for the post to go up and down.

Great product but really needed to return it...but they (Amazon) says its past the date to return...over 30 days. Was to be used on my dock system but I ordered the wrong size...these 2 are 3".....YET it is absolutely solid and welded nicely and would have worked perfectly if I got the correct size....now I am stuck with 2 of these.....

Price was WAy higher than HD initially, but then came down finally to a lower price so I bought them - what do you say about these - they are what they are............
