There is no motion detection in this LMTIC Remote Control Led Light Bar but it does have single touch turn on and off as well as a small remote, so as long as that fits your needs this is a pretty good device.The unit has a magnetic base which can be installed using the attached 3M sticky section. The light then pops on this and is easy to take back off in order to recharge or just to use like a torch (good for kitchen cupboards when you need to look at the back of them for something! It's easy to charge over USB with the included cable and then lasts for a long time between charges.The light is pretty bright and looks good under a shelf, overall really happy with this unit.

Charging socket on the item itself is broken so can’t even be used. So disappointed…

I've been contemplating running some sort of usb-powered under cabinet lighting for some time, but hadn't come across anything suitable to meet my needs...then this came along.This fits perfect under my main kitchen wall unit by the main worktop, where most kitchen work is done. It's not stupidly bright, but is just enough to brighten the area on a dull day and light it up at night, saving the need to switch the main lights on to make a cup of tea, for example.This is powered via a standard micro-usb cable, so I stead of the fairly lengthy included one, I've opted for a short cable that I already had. It reaches perfectly from the mains sockets that we have usb ports on.The remote is easy to use, although I find it a bit weird that the +is underneath and - above for adjusting the brightness. There are timer settings, although the maximum on these is 60 mins. I've velcroed the remote inside the cabinet door.All in all, I like this. The light angle is adjustable on the base, thanks to the magnetic connection it has. I'm really pleased with it and can certainly recommend it. I may need to now get another for under the other cupboard unit.

I've been using it in the bathroom's cabinet to avoid turning on the main light which is way too bright in the early morning.This light is great, I do not use it on max brightness, but it makes finding things in the cabinet way easier.

The lightbar should be fully charged before using according to the description webpage. The micro USB cable plugs in one end of the light bar. When the light bar is plugged in and charging it will illuminate red, once the light bar is fully charged the Red light goes out, which in my particular case took approximately3 hours.The opposite end of the light bar from the charging port has a touch sensor, which allows you to turn on and change the brightness of the light bar by touching the touch sensor and by keeping your finger on the touch sensor it will change the brightness levels. When the light is powered on with the remote or by touching the touch sensor, it will illuminate to your last choice.The magnetic holders have a good magnetic strength which keeps the lightbar in place, because of the shape of the magnetic holder you can adjust the lightbar to several positions for the best illumination.Very well made light and very versatile.

I like the fact that this light comes fully charged when it arrived, saves time and I can try out the item quicker and see how it is. I like the fact that it is touch and remote-controlled, makes things even easier. It's easy to install, since it is magnetic it is mess-free.I like that it isn't battery-powered and charged instead, in my opinion, it is much better. It is good value for money as well.Magnetic, mess-free, two-way control! makes life lazier!I hope this review helps other people looking for this item or other similar products on Amazon.

Great light and brightness if a little bulky, great feature the magnet to attach to base but also anywhere else on metals, dimmable but only works with remote, soft manual on and off on base only. Remote a little weak, must be close to device to work, if lost no more dimmable. Rechargeable, charge lasts depending on length of use. For lengthy use one night, must recharge next or day after. Great light but would be happier if dimmable on base too.
