Fantastic USB sound card and really good small speakers!
What a fantastic little product! My son and I have been rebuilding a Mac Classic with a mini PC and LED screen. We decided it needed internal sound and these fit the bill! They work flawlessly and sound pretty awesome despite being small! Definitely recommend for a multitude of projects!

Works but finnicky
Make sure to look at the waveshare website to get their product installation guide. But note that depending on kernel version there are different drivers to install which is not listed in the guide

TOTALLY SHOCKED!
After receiving this audio hat for my raspberry pi 4b I had some doubts that it would solve my audio problem when trying to use wsjt-x. I decided to give it a try and I was blown away by how well it worked with wsjt-x on my raspberry pi 4b! I especially like its smaller size, which allows for easier airflow and cooling of my r-pi!

Too Clunky. The microphone does not work.
The USB Audio Adapter is way too big. And the microphone functionality does not work at all. Sad panda.

Works perfectly
I'm using this device to provide speech capabiltiy to my Jetson Nano B01 based robot. It works perfectly and I am surprised how amazing the sound quality is. I am 3d printing the outer shell and these components should fit inside nicely.

Lower audio output than ear bud style headphones
The audio output on these speakers is so low I can't hear it unless I put the speakers up to my ears...

Simple and good alternative to USB sound for pi zero
I originally got this as kept having issues with pi zero usb data port failing. So far this works great, just have to be mindful of the GPIO pins it is using - and they have their schematics well documented.

Mediocre DAC, ok speakers
It is convenient that it has microphones built in to the HAT but if you are looking for even bare minimum sound quality, get something else. The quality through headphones is slightly better than the speakers understandably but anything you play through this is very muddy. The microphones also have a lot of noise.
