Awesome fan and wonderful customer service!
The media could not be loaded. Wonderful customer service that stands behind their products. Upon arrival everything looked great. Once installed the light did not work. I reached out to the company and received an email saying they would get a replacement for me. Through the process they emailed with each step of the way. I received the light (which was packaged extremely well) and replaced the non working one. It works perfectly! Thanks Nicole and the whole company for such amazing customer service!! Will purchase again.

Customer Service Came Through
My fan stopped working. It was either a problem with the remote or the receiver in the fan. I tried to find a way to buy them and eventually wrote a negative review (I wish I could figure out how to change it). Nicole from Customer Service reached out and eventually sent me the parts needed. The fan is now working as good as ever.

Stopped working after a year UPDATED
It was difficult to install and didn’t come with a manual. I purchased this a little over a year ago and it hasn’t worked for the entire winter and finally got around to checking the electrical connections around everything. It appears that the remote or the transponder has stopped working, would not buy again.UPDATEwhile there is no documentation, even in the manual, that I eventually found, THERE IS A WAY TO RE-SYNC OR RE PAIR THE REMOTE. I WAS LOOKING AT BUYING A DIFFERENT TRANSPONDER AND REMOTE AND CAME ACROSS SOME INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO SYNC THE REMOTE FOR A MORE WELL-KNOWN BRAND TO SYNC OR RE-PAIR. THE REMOTE TO THE TRANSPONDER. TURN OFF POWER FOR 30 SECONDS, THEN TURN BACK ON. YOU SHOULD HEAR THE AUDIBLE BEEP, IF YOU DON’T HEAR A BEEP, YOU MAY HAVE A DIFFERENT ISSUE. WHEN YOU TURN ON THE FAN PRESS AND HOLD THE FAN OFF BUTTON IN THE TOP LEFT UNTIL THE LIGHTS FLASH AND OR YOU HEAR A BEEP SHOULD BE ABOUT 10 SECONDS AND THERE YOU GO BACK IN BUSINESS.

Awesome Item
This fan was perfect for what we were trying to accomplish. Customer service was great also, because I had questions before we installed and they were prompt we their response

Cool fan but don't expect the tenor to work very well.
The fan has fair balance, slight wobble at lowest setting and the lowest setting is still faster than most fans.The remote is the weakest link. I was able to get the dimmer to work once, and the light temperature is so unreliable that I don't want to mess with it again. Luckily the fan has memory and I can live with what I have.

Cool Fan & Outstanding Customer Service
The most important thing about this fan isn't the fan, which looks and works great, but the customer service that far exceeded my expectations. I ordered 2 of these fans and had them for quite some time before opening the boxes and installing. The motor housing on one of the fans was bent and the fan blades wouldn't turn. After contacting the company through Amazon they sent another fan which arrived in worse shape than the first one. It looked as though the box fell apart during transit and someone stuffed everything back in the box without the Styrofoam packaging, taped it up and shipped it on. After contacting the company again they shipped out another fan which arrived in good order.It's nice to know there are still companies out there who stand up and do the right thing to satisfy their customers and make things right.

Very poor instruction manual
Fan was OK and works well in the end. The installation was a nightmare. It only came with a long downrod. We had to hacksaw it off for our 9 foot ceiling. Then we had to drill holes in the metal for screws. The downrod only has screwholes for one direction of placement. We needed it placed 90 degrees from that. That was a challenge to figure out. The fan motors are shipped with plastic stabilizers on the mounting bracket for the fins. Nowhere in the instructions does it tell you to remove those. We might have damaged the motors by trying to turn it on with those in place! Manual was very poor. Drawings missing washers, and other details so you can understand where to put those. It took 2 people 6 hours to install
