I like the product very much. But I’ve only used it for a few days. I can assess the sturdiness (GOOD) but durability takes time and use to assess so I left that line empty.

This phone case was awesome because it is a cute phone case but at the same time it has protected my phone so well. This phone is a two layer case. Also, this phone case fits perfectly in my hand and is not to bulky. I have the pink case and it is super easy to take on and off. On the other hand, my sister, has the turquoise phone case. She hasn't complained about it at all and seems to fit her phone just fine. I have dropped my phone so many times and it hasn't ruined my phone or even cracked my phone. I have dropped it on roads, sidewalk and our tile floor and still hasn't broken. I have had this phone case since last Christmas and it has been the only phone case I have used since then. It is still in good condition over the past year. Since I have had it, it has kept its color and form. One thing i love is that I can take my phone case off and wash it without any damage done to the case. I would recommend this phone case for kids because when your kids, you seem to drop your phone a lot more than normal. On the other hand, if you play with the rubber part of your phone, it will stretch it out.

This is a very good looking and durable case. It adds a lot of bulk to the phone, but it makes it easy to grip. The Galaxy phones like some others are very slick and easy to drop. This case makes it not quite so easy to drop. However, if you have small hands, you might find this case feels a bit bulky for you.I subtracted one star because the harder plastic trim ring that goes around the edge (the gray piece in my pictures) does not fit very well. You have to kind of force it into place, and it occasionally still starts to slip off the phone. It can be pushed back in to place with not too much effort, but it makes you wonder how well it will stay in place during a really hard fall.Pair this case with a tempered glass screen protector and you will have an affordable alternative to the bulky OTTERBOX cases. I am speaking from experience when I say you NEED to pair this case with a glass screen protector. As you can see from my pictures, it is still possible to shatter the screen with this case installed. If you drop it on rocks screen down this case will NOT protect your screen.I unfortunately shattered the screen the day before the screen protector arrived. Should have had Amazon Prime...

This phone case was purchased for someone else so please do keep that in mind. The reinforced edges are quite swell in terms of aiding the fall of the cellular device. The protection of this particular case isn't stellar by any means but I haven't seen it fail yet and compared to the price I don't expect it to continually protect the device with the force of a thousand Bulls. The colour is vibrant and compared to the light grey it does stand out. The bag included is quite handy for storage if you're trekking through a downpour and desire a bit more protection for your case/cellular device. The raised edges on the phone case protect the screen in the situation where it's fallen face first on a smooth/minimally abrasive surface. The back panel hasn't provided much of a difference in grip but it does have a nice design to it so there's that. It fits the recipients phone a bit loosely though which is the reason of the subtracted star. If the recipient encounters a problem/issue I will update my review with detailed information as soon as I've notified of such.

Just got this case. I picked this case because of the reinforced corners. I dropped my phone one too many times and cracked my screen big time. It cost $50 to get it repaired. Decided not to do that again. The soft silicone inner shell is very easy to put on. There is a hard outer shell that snaps over the soft part. It took some extra pushing to get the edges to fit snugly.The description on the web site is exactly what I got. However, the package says there is a screen protector...nope, not in my package.I didn't expect a screen protector, so no big deal, but why is is listed on the package.I read some reviews on similar products that the buttons don't line up or were hard to push to get action. No problem here, if fits perfectly. If the buttons were hard to push, it would be very easy to cut the small buttons of the case to expose the side of the phone.The color on the website is a very good match with what I got.

If you have purchased this product and have found out that it does not fit properly (as happened to me), here is a fix that worked for me.(1) look at the hard plastic outer piece to see if it is bowed (see picture)(2) boil some water in a pot on a stove(3) immediately after taking the pot off the stove, immerse the hard plastic cover in the water (using pliers to keep it from touching the bottom of the pot, as it may stick to the pot bottom) for about 1 minute to heat it up(4) remove the hard plastic piece, grab it with your hands (gloves may help but I did not need them) and apply pressure to "de-bow" the hard plastic piece.(5) try fitting it now; repeat immersing in boiling water and try again, maybe applying more pressure, until it fitsNote: I was ready to throw this case in the garbage, before I thought of trying this. Now, it fits like a glove and I give it a 5 rating, after the fix. Before the fix, I had rated it a 1 rating.
