The media could not be loaded.  I ordered this pack of micro switches to complete a little project.The aim of my project was when I open a door a small LED light will come on,but naturally you could have the LED to turn off when the door opens using the either NO or NC connections.C - Common place your live cable on this.NC - Normally closedNO - Normally openThese settings are used to switch when you open a door or close a door.The switch has a wheel on the arm which runs smoothly and aids the switching.I am sure for a more technical person these switches have a more in depth.Great little product.
