This is great design and value for money...
Product is very adjustable. Very easy to assemble. Very comfortable. Really good value for the $ especially when you find similar chairs that are either reconditioned or don't have all the adjustments

Great Value Steelcase Chair
I was looking to replace a Steelcase Leap chair when I came across reviews for this chair. I bought one and was pleasantly surprised by its features and comfort. Simply put, this chair is as comfortable and, supportive as the Leap. The fact we could get it in white with gray makes it more attractive in our home office. After my chair arrived I asked my wife if she preferred the Leap or this chair. The result was the purchase of a matching Series 1 chair.I am not knocking the Leap chair. I have had two at home and one at work and been very happy with them. I just love the Series 1 which I believe is the better value Chair.

Great chair with strange arms
Overall this is an awesome chair and a great alternative to the boring black office chair. It’s really comfortable, well made and very easy to assemble. It took me less than three minutes to put the chair together. The only thing I don’t really understand are the arms, which slide forward, backward left and right and I don’t know why this is necessary. Personally I would prefer them to just be adjustable just upwards and downwards which they also do. The sliding forward and backward with no ability to lock them into position is just weird. I find myself constantly trying to bring them back to center. But I’ve noticed that the chair doesn’t get stuck and n my clothing when I get up to walk away, so maybe that’s why they’re designed this way? They’re not a deal breaker by any means, I just personally don’t see the usefulness of the design. But I would buy this chair again if I had to because the look, for and finish are all excellent I wanted a chair that I would never have to replace and this is the one. It’s high quality and worth the money. The base did have one or two very minor defect/scratches but I chose to live with them because they’re so minor and who looks at the bottom base of a chair anyway? .

Regret buying this chair, Cant Return
I regret buying this chair and am stuck with it...First it arrived with slight damage (see picture) with the back of the chair with large black marks and plastic chunks missing. The chair arrived in messy packaging and half-assembled so I assume it was used and repackaged. I figure I would assembled the last two step to see how it sits - lumbar support is very weak. the bottom of the chair slides a bit, the height control is hard to reach, and bottom of the chair is not mesh and runs hot. The only pro is that it is aesthetically pleasing. I was looking to return but it is impossible for me to dissemble as others have noted in reviews without special tools. How can you return a chair if you can't fit it in a box? I would recommend and saving for a Herman Miller or buying a $100 chair from Office Depot and buying seat cushions. Unfortunately MADE in USA and should have never bought in first place.

Finally - some relief
I have been working from home for about one year. I work a full time job with tradition hours as well as a part time job - all of which total about 60 hours a week at my desk. For fun - I spend about 10 hours a week playing pc games.Considering I have chronic pain and health conditions that make everything uncomfortable, I’d say this is the best option there is.I tried other brands that looked more comfortable & recliners also.None compared to the relief I get from using this one VS the others. It’s a relatively hard seat and I would recommend going for the version with the headrest rather than not - but both are easily fixable with an added gel cushion and an attachment for the headrest.

Worth the money
This is a solid chair that is easy to put together, comfortable, and has the right amount of adjustability. I wish the adjustable arm rests locked in place, but otherwise, perfect for a home office or office set up.

Did not work out for me
I didn't find it comfortable, and it was particularly lacking in lumbar support. The chair goes together quickly and easily, but it is nearly impossible to take apart in order to return. That means once you put it together and sit in it, its too late. You can't return it without disassembling and repackaging it, and for 999 out of 1000 consumers, this isn't possible. It actually requires 2 special tools and a fair amount of knowledge. It almost seems intentional that it is virtually impossible to take apart once assembled, or at least I don't see another reason.I was really hopeful that this chair would be as good as it looks on the screen, but didn't work for me.
