You can’t make this work!
I wish I could give this 0 stars.Short explanation:- 2/7 brackets lined up- no hardware which is needed- fins bent (could be shipping handling)- Pipes didn’t reachI didn’t listen to the other reviews thinking I could make it work for the price. NOPE I was wrong. Between the intercooler and the pipes there was 7 brackets. 2 of them actually lined up, 0 of the pipes lined up correctly. Total install time was about 6 hours because fabricating new brackets and lining everything up. Extremely unhappy with this.

Other than that it is a full bolt on and looks great.
Some screws were needed that I had to buy myself. Other than that it is a full bolt on and looks great.

not great but not bad for the price.
I got on that had the incorrect MAP sensor, they paid shipping and corrected it. However the MAP sensor bung is drilled and tapped for a bolt that is bigger than the screw that originally held it. They didn't include a new bolt or even specs on what to go buy. The front mounting tab on the Hot side pipe from turbo to cooler isn't shaped right. the factory mount is rounded due to clearance issues. So to get their tab to fit correctly i used a grinder and matched the factory tab's profile. The bottom tabs on the intercooler look as if they should line up with the radiator support but the one towards the drivers side is off by 2 inches at least, so I can take it to a shop and have it moved/or replaced. Welding aluminium is tricky at times and there aren't many shops near me, Or honestly the 3 mounts hold it very snug in place so maybe leave it as is.The cost point and fact it comes with hard pipes and t-bolt clamps is the only reason it gets the rating 3 star.. 3 major issues with install/fitment is a lot.

It’s not bad for the money at all.
I have a 2017 Focus ST and everything fit great. I had to shave one mounting bracket on the intake side piping but other than that, it was great. I used factory bolt holes, just popped the tabs out and used bolts and washers. The map sensor fit great, but couldn’t reuse the factory bolt. I’m not sure what size I ended up using. (Dug through the tool box until I found a snug fit.) I typically run a Stratified tune, but for the sake of science, I tuned my car back to Cobb Stage 1 and at 48-51 degrees Fahrenheit, the charge air temps averaged around 100 degrees. With the intercooler however, at 50 degrees on the same tune, and Cobb stage 2 tune, the max temp for charge air got up to 64-69 degrees.

Do not buy this intercooler it was not direct bolt ...
Do not buy this intercooler it was not direct bolt on. I received my intercooler with mounting bracket welded sideways..the map sensor was on the wrong side..the intercooler piping does not fit...save your self the pain and the CX Racing intercooler.

Great performance terrible fitment
The fit was great except for the brackets. Not one bracket lined up. The hole for the map sensor was too large for stock size o-ring had to get a bigger o-ring. The bolt was correct thread. It has not blown off charging pipes as others said it would. I do recommend only using the intercooler for stock turbo as the charge pipe cause a drop in max boost pressure. All in all happy with the performance as that is why I purchased. Charge temps never go more 5 or so degrees above ambient.
