Q: I buy two of this Machine and i send it gift for my friend they ask me it's not working they try many times and still not working the two machine why? Please I want a fast answer!!!

I had the same problem, the machine would not even power up, I sent mine back but I was never given my money back!

Q: what is the differance between the 2 snowcone ice machines,between the srm-702 and the 50's series

I’ve had several of these and similar designs. Had to exchange one because of blade alignment. I couldn’t find the 50’s series mentioned to see if I had owned that one as well (did have one like the RSM but it was decorated with coca-cola design). Have had some issues with some and others worked perfect. Current one I own works great and use it often to make snowcones for the grands.

Q: Mines only makes noise when plug like something wrong

Not sure what the noise could be. Mine only makes noise when it’s plugged in and making a snow cone.

Waste of time and money!

Ordered two by mistake. Neither worked! Both did the same thing - plugged in, went pop then didn’t do anything else. You also need a US adaptor plug and to add insult to injury they are a complete nightmare to return!! Don’t buy!

NOT FIT TO BE USED OUTSIDE OF US or CANADA (Even with an adaptor)

Just spoke to the manufacturer Nostalgia on their product helpline and they confirmed "this item is not meant to be used outside of the US or Canada, even with an adaptor". I can confirm this is the case having now bought 2 adaptors and neither working in the UK. Amazon - not sure you should be even listing this on your site for purchase in geographies it is not meant to be be used in especially now that you know this is the case

Hopeless do not buy

Dreadful product, comes with a us plug which is no problem because of an adaptor but when switched on it blew and didn't work. Sent back straight away and it should be removed from sale in my opinion.
