Shut off the electricity to the ceiling fixture before doing ANY work, removal or installation or just changing a bulbIssues: Phillip screws instead of hand tighten to install glass. Awkward to get driver head in screw heads and shifting to tighten evenly. As others have noted, over tightening could be a problem. Annoyance in future when changing bulbs.Does seem to be held in place firmly when tightenedFoam on top not compressible enough. This means the wires do not press in enough and can’t get flat to ceiling. I corrected by adding some 1/4 round flanges you can buy in plumbing department. Design would be better with more compression able foam that would mold around wires.Since each bulb is separately wired, Three wires need to be connected. I did this by putting the two fixture wires together and twist with pliers to get tight hold. I then tied a loop in each wire combo and bent in direction so tips of ceiling wire and fixture wire are together and then wrapped together with a piece of electrical tape and then twist connector around the combination. (See pictures). I looped cords to help hold together.Also connect the ground wire to the electrical boxA good idea to add bulbs and turn on power to check lights come on. Turn off power afterRemove the screws that go into the ceiling box or get screws and then affix the connection rod to ceiling box. Push wiring and connectors into ceiling box until you can slide holes onto screws on rod until you can get screw nobs on and tighten into place (see picture). Add bulbs and turn on power to test lights.Better to turn off power to fixture whenever doing anything on fixture but then hold the glass in place ( with slots in place so screws can engage them when tightened) then use screwdriver to tighten the three hold screws, working each screw a bit until all tightened evenly. Careful not to overtighten as this could break glass. Also make sure screws are all engaged so glass does not fall.The glass does have slots that the ‘dents’ fit into when the glass is twisted into place.I show picture with old fixture and new fixture in placeTypical amount of effort for this type of job. A bit of bother with wiring and placement, because of separate bulb holders and the foam too firmThis was all done alone, but would be a good bit easier with two. Everything done overhead so expect arm fatigue.Extras. The light itself is nice. The wires have to be fed through the bracket as the holes line up, so it took some finagling since it was going on a slim box.Once up it gives off a nice warm light and was a good looking replacement for the money.

Light came just as advertised. We installed it in our small bathroom so it gives plenty of light in there. Great value for the money.

I like the way this fixture looks. I picked the design because it was so similar to one in an expensive design store only $150. less. It fits close to the ceiling and looks up to date without screaming, " I'm new " , It provides good soft not harsh light but it is bright enough to read in the hall if you want to. We have two of these fixtures and I am pleased with our choice. I can't speak for how easy it was to install because we had an electrician to do it for us but it didn't take long. My husband says it should be easy to change the bulbs. I am happy with my choice and would purchase again.

Nice! My only negative comment is that the white metal housing is very shiny and made the fixture look cheap. It also installs with silver screws that you can see. I spray painted the white housing and screws with a matte white paint and then it looks great. The finish on the metal is satiny and looks very nice. Bought this to go with my Delta champagne gold faucets and other fixtures. It's not an exact match but it blends nicely.

Got tired of seeing the builder ceiling fixture and settled on this one. Its cute and was easy to install, Looks good when off because the globe is dense opaque white, which is also why i only gave 4 stars, when light is on, its slightly dim even with 2 60W LED bulbs

Beats a “boob light” 🤣 modern, fashion-forward fixture. Not the very brightest

We bought this light to go in our son’s Black Panther inspired room. The simplicity of it fits the design perfectly. It arrived well packed and was a breeze to install.

The actual product looks great. What’s not great is that the wires from the back do not route directly back into the ceiling junction box resulting in portions of the wire getting squeezed between the drywall and back of lamp base. There should have been a heat shield or insulation at the back to prevent this.

I installed this item quickly and easily. Looks fantastic. I'm very pleased with this item and the way it was packaged to prevent damage from occurring during shipping.
