Best Customer service ever
I bought this in 2020 I loved it, in 2025 it started to drip I contacted midanya about a replace part, it was the ceramic cartridge which over time can become worn or hard water etc. They went beyond support found the part I need on amazon and then followed up when I ordered it to the day it was delivered to after I installed it WOW. This what you call great service; I tell everyone about this experience THANK YOU MIDAYA CUSTOMER SERVICE

Great price and value
We have two of these units for over a year now --thought we had a valve issue with one and the company was very quick to respond and resolve. Must have just been a blockage that cleared when our plumber took it apart. Highly recommend and its better than the more expensive big box stores.

Excellent Customer Service
The media could not be loaded. We purchased this product due to the finish and style. After it was installed, it looked even better. My favorite part though is the water pressure - it is awesome!However after about a year into using this shower, the black matte finish started peeling off in large chunks on the wall plate and also the handheld shower hose. The shower head itself also started leaking. It was a frustrating time…But, I contacted Jamcoly and they were excellent to work with. The customer support they provided is superior! They sent me a new shower plate, hose, and shower head. All in three separate shipments as these issues arose at different times. A+ to them! I just hope they continue to improve the quality of the black matte finish on their products so this doesn’t continue to happen.5 stars though due to the superior customer service!
