There was a small mistake with my order, but it was fixed right away without any questions. Customer service was excellent

My spikes were worn right down to the sole of the shoe. There would have been no way to grab the remaining rubber unless I had the tools that came with the spikes. With a little elbow grease, it was effortless to screw off on what ever was left. In case it makes a difference, I have Footjoys. As an afterthought I should have taken a before and after picture.

Look great applied very easily, tool to put in doesn't need much torque to click in. CLEAN WITH WARM WATER AND SCRUB FOR EASY APPLICATION.

Perfect replacement. My only complaint is there are 18 spikes in a package & shoes have 5 a piece…. Why 18? 20 seems like a more round number for a package count..

I have wasted a lot of money on many useless things, but this ranks near the top for worst purchases of all time.First of all, if you have shoes that have the "Fast Twist" threads, you are in for a special hellish treat of trying to get your worn cleats out of your shoes. Whoever invented this type of thread should have their own special place in Hell for this crud. I had to resort to getting a drill out and drilling holes in them before many of them would budge.The tools they include in the kit are darn near worthless, and they will only serve to kill your hands as you try, in vain, to use them to get your old cleats out. Then, once you have beat your head against a wall and question your poor decision to not check what kind of threads your shoes use, you finally get lucky enough to have removed all the old cleats.Sadly, you will only be rewarded with learning that the new cleats are not easy to pop into the "fast twist" threads. In addition, the tool they give you to tighten them in is so poorly designed that you will be cursing it during your round in the morning because the pain in your hands will make it difficult to swing a club.Avoid the "fast twist" threads, if at all possible, and stay away from this product to spare your $25.
