Exactly what I purchased. Image quality was spot on & seems durable on the glass. I ordered, wine, rocks, pint & coffee cups. One of my packages didn’t arrive (the pint glasses). This company stood behind their product & sent me a case of replacement pint glasses. It was probably a shipping carrier issue, but the company made it right. I’m very impressed.

The media could not be loaded. Amazing value and great quality! We ordered 50 custom glasses as vendor gifts for our annual convention and trade show. I created the images I wanted on the free Canva app and it was very easy to upload based on the instructions. I did trial wash one of the glasses in the dishwasher on the top rack as a trial, and it did seem to have a little fading, so I would recommend hand washing these.The shipping was super quick and the glasses were packaged with care. The only way this could have been better is if I had been sent a proof for approval before the glasses were made, but they turned out perfect so it’s a minor quibble. Definitely recommend this company!

My husband and I were both very impressed with the glasses for the price point. The quality of the etching was great. The thickness of the glass made them feel like quality glasses. We will definitely order again in the future!

I recently purchased 10 custom whiskey glasses and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. These glasses are not only stylish but also very durable. The weight of the glasses feels just right in my hand, and the wide bowl design allows the aroma of the whiskey to fully develop. The glasses are also easy to clean, which is a major plus. We expected etched glass. It's what we wanted. The vendor came up when we searched for etched glass.But what we received is printed glass, which lost a lot of the details we wanted. If you want PRINTED glass, I suppose it's fine, but that's not what we wanted. However, for a printed glass, the print is fine for a basic image, for a layered image it loses a lot of the subtlety. (see images)The glass itself is shorter than a standard whiskey glass by 3/4 of an inch. The sides are slightly curved rather than straight. It's diameter is the same. They were packaged amazingly well, and despite the rough handling made it here in one piece. Kudos for that.I've got two images, one of what we wanted, and what we received. I did blank out onside.For the price it's not bad, we are disappointed that it wasn't etched as expected, and at the loss of detail in the Baghdad skyline.

Glasses were flavors for family. Had our celebration date and names and event. Huge hit with everyone. They loved these.

The Glass seems pretty Sturdy. However, the Print on the glasses is not holding up well. After just 1 use and washed by hand, the letters are already chipping off.

These glasses arrived a day early and were sturdily packed for shipment (which is more than I can say for a set of 4 Mikasa martini glasses-flimsily packed so of course one was broken).These highball glasses are perfect! They are just the right size to accommodate a two-finger pour of bourbon and not punch bowl size as so many beverage glasses are these days. These glasses are slightly weighted at the bottom-so nice! These were custom printed and the product came out exactly as previewed when ordering them. I am 100% satisfied.
