1) I just received it today it didn't turn on as battery was NIL! Probably defective piece. Had to charge from 0%. We bought SmoothQ few years back but it had approx. half charge. Its a known fact that Lion batteries must not be drained fully as it damages the battery. So you can guess how we felt now!Now, The professional reviewers are very cunning. They know how to hide the major design drawbacks of a product. And I totally fell for them. Since you can find all good points there, I want to only focus on the the drawbacks I observed...2) Most serious is, roll motor is always is visible in Zhiyun's own Camera app., with normal lens (not wide) of Galaxy M31s & Asus 6z. To hide it, you have to keep the handle tilted approx. 40° all the time, but why would one sacrifice flexibility / functionality of a gimbal like that? Other gimbals sold at half the price also does not have this issue. If you are wondering why I am making a fuss, let me tell that gimbal is for maneuvering, not just for holding the phone. And Smooth Q2's tilt angle is already limited. Company says it is 305°, that is true, but I am talking about how we use the gimbal's handle. Practically, we wish to tilt the handle from upright (90°) to horizontal level (0°). If you sacrifice 40° from this what will be left? And while running or in a bumpy ride, how to ensure that angle always? One accidental popping up of the motor and all your precious effort is ruined!3) As I said above, you can not freely tilt the handle down. It goes hardly to -10° and that hits the tilt motor. Because it is designed like that. But many cheaper gimbals can go all the way to inverted position4) I swear, the so called smart snap in /out of the detachable clip and latching it is not at all an improvement. It is really clumsy & the latch is so hard, I thought I would break it apart. I just wonder what was wrong with traditional mounting method?5) No zoom / focus ring or lever6) No fast / Sports mode7) No hard case, no tripod!I really could not justify why such a basic gimbal has to be so costly then?

The product is actually great but I guess I got a defective piece for 2 times so I returned the product.. The problem which I was facing is with the roll motor, even if i try to walk like a ninja.. the roll motor Shakes from no where, rest the built quality is great..

I had purchased it last year. The App used to run this humble suddenly has stopped working on my Samsung handset after ban by Indian Government. When asked about how to use this gimble, the company suggested an App which needs to be purchased. Worst part is its battery. Yesterday, it drained in almost 1/2 hour only. Also it gets heated while using. My suggestion is not to "buy this product".
