Double connector only works on my Macbook Pro
I purchased this dock as a major staple in my desktop set-up at home. I am in my final courses of my MBA and have recently started an amazing new job that I love. On my first day of my first job, I was given a work laptop to use on the days I work from home (the company is currently using the hybrid model due to COVID-19). This dock works awesome for my Macbook Pro (2020), but I am not able to connect the double connector to my new work laptop. To get around this, I have a second dock (my old Macbook Pro (2012) dock), plugged into the second inputs on my desktop monitors. Now, all I have to do is push a button to switch my monitors from my work laptop to my personal one. This is ideal for the situation anyway, so I don't cause a kernel crash when switching the docks from windows to mac.

Good accessorie
It’s a good docking station, compact, works very well with my MacBook Pro connecting two monitors, the only problem is that if I have a external drive connected to the docking, and if the screen go to sleep, the docking automatically disconnects the drive as (disk not eject properly) so in my case I have connected the drive directly to the Mac, but everything else has been working just fine.

Perfect for my M1 Macbook Air and periphrials
This hub was exactly what I needed to connect my 2021 Macbook Air M1 to my 32" HDMI external monitor, multiple external hard drives, additional USB hubs and all the extra goodies that require power and/or connectivity to my Mac.The hub stays relatively cool, and I run a lot though it. Just be aware that I do use a larger 87W USB-C power adapter which powers everything wonderfully. I've read a review where someone said that their hub was extremely hot. I wonder if they are using a lower wattage power adapter, because this doesn't get very hot at all. A little warm if I'm running tons of stuff simultaneously, but nothing to worry about.I find it very handy that it also has two USB 3.0 and a USB-C available on the front.I use a ton of resources and I'm happy to report that this hub actually has more than I need. It looks great and has a very small, yet classy looking power light which is far more valuable than you might think especially when you run lots of stuff through your hub like I do.I love this hub and so glad that I chose this one over the others. It's perfect for me. It's also small and lightweight enough that I could easily travel with it if that need ever arises.Oh... did I mention that it beautifully matches the color of my space grey Macbook Air, Apple watch, and iPhone? I love it when everything works so seamless together and when they match aesthetically it's just that much more awesome!

Exactly what I needed!
I have been using this docking station for just under a month now and I have to say it was exactly what I needed to optimize my work setup. It worked as advertised right out of the box. The only recommendation I could make is, if you are gaming or doing other graphics/CPU heavy tasks, to also buy a dedicated power supply for the docking station and leave your MacBook pro plugged into its dedicated power supply. While gaming I noticed that my computer was draining while plugged into this station but as soon as I put the other power supply inline everything went very smoothly. To give an idea of the setup attached at the moment is:0. 2016 Macbook Pro1. USB 2.0 Hub w/ SD Card Reader2. wired Mouse & Keyboard3. HDMI Capture Card connected to my canon dslr4. 8TB External Hard Drive (I have all of my games on it and causes me no issues)5. Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 Audio Interface6. VGA Monitor7. HDMI Monitor8. x2 1Tb External Hard Drives9. USB ilok for Pro ToolsAll of this and I still feel like I have room to expand my setup if the need arises.

Power supply not supplied.
I was disappointed when I opened the package. The docking station needed a 5volt power module - which was not supplied. The seller was wanting $25 or $30 for the module. I sent it back and ordered a different brand for $25 less, AND it did come with a power module.

If by supporting three monitors you mean 2 and 1 mirrored sure..
Tried switching out all three screens with vga and hdmi, the one with vga would always mirror one of the others and wont display in the displays under settings is osx. Did a lot of google searching still could not make this work even after sleep, multiple restarts, etc..

Fully Reliable.
I've run through 4 different interfaces to connect my MacBook Pro to my two additional monitors, speakers, dual external hard drives, and power. This is the only interface that has worked, and has operated flawlessly. No overheating from powering the laptop, no skips in video data to the monitors, no choppiness to my speakers. Works perfectly. Worth every penny.

Holds everything, but overheats
I really like that I have a space for all my ports to connect to my Macbook Air, but every port tends to overheat. When I take out a USB or HDMI connection, it is always very hot to the touch. Even putting my thumb over a USB port that is unoccupied I can feel a significant amount of heat. I would recommend it for light weight use, but no medium or heavy lifting.
