Battery life is terrible and finding replacement batteries is a joke.

I must be misunderstanding something. One of the selling points of this digital magnifier is that it can take photos. There’s a clear photo of an entire family in the listing. But how? You can’t remove the magnifier and the magnification starts at 4x. There’s no 1x, so unless you intend to take photos of people’s noses or ants, realistically there’s no way you can take clear snap shots of people. I was able to save the blurry photos to a sd card, so that feature works, but again… blurry photos. UPDATED TO ADD: They have now removed the "Can Take Pictures" image from the listing.Not having a magnification lower than 4x is very limiting. They added a swing out arm so you can hold the unit aloft, but you still have to get close and the magnification is so much larger compared to the screen size. Contrary to the instructions, the built-in lights can’t be turned off while the unit is in use. You have to have the magnifier very close to the subject or all you see is shadow.I couldn’t connect it to my little tv just because my av port is flush to the edge so the included cable didn’t fit. The usb port requires a mini usb cable which isn’t used much anymore, so you’ll have to use their cable for charging.

This is an interesting concept. I especially love the color options, very helpful for certain types of vision loss. But I wouldn’t read a book using this, much better for instructions, but even that is hard to do, since it only reads about an inch square at a time. I find it much easier to just use my phone camera, which focuses on a larger area.It works as expected, but isn’t practical.

TERRIBLE MAGNIFICATION, OR SHOULD I SAY WHAT MAGNIFICATION. UNLIKE VIDEO AND DESCRIPTION, IS BACKLIGHTED WHICH GETS IN YOUR EYES BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO KEEP FLIPPING IT OVER, AND INTERFERES WITH THE LIGHTING OF THE OBJECT BEING VIEWED IMMENSELY. WORTHLESS TO ME. ALSO, NICE THAT IT BEEPS, BUT I HAD TO PAY ONE HUNDRED THIRTY DOLLARS FOR A LIGHTED TOY THAT BEEPS. NO WAY TO GET INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE ON IT!!!!!

Le zoom commence à X4 il n'y a pas de zoom X2 dommage. Ca fonctionne bien. Quand on met l'appareil en charge on ne voit pas quand il est complétement chargé. La lumière de charge reste allumée même quand la batterie est complétement chargé.

Ich habe die Lupe für meinen Vater (80 j, Makula, Restsehvermögen weniger 10%) gekauft. Er nutzt sie und sagt dass sie für ihn wirklich hifreich und bequem ist. Das ist eigentlich das, was von einem solchen Gerät erwatet wird.Dazu kann ich hinzufügen, dass die Bedienung ziemlich selbst erklärend ist. Das Gerrät ist bequem in der Hand zu halten, besonders mit der ausklappbaren Halterung.Ich würde allerdings, wenn es möglich wäre, nur einen halben Stern abziehen, weil das akustische Signal von den Tasten sehr unangenehm ist und keinen direkten Ein/Aus Button hat, sondern lässt sich nur über eine Tastenkombination abschalten, die erst mal in der Bedienungsanleitung zu finden ist. Das Wechsel zwischen Farbenkombinationen könnte vielleicht etwas einfacher sein, aber da mein Vater sowieso nur Weiß/Schwarz verwendet, relativiert sich dieser Punkt für uns.Sonst ist das Gerät wirklich sehr gut.

Es para mi madre que tiene problema de macula en los ojos, y está encantada. Supera con creces la que ella tenía de cristal con el máximo aumento posible.

Par rapport à une autre loupe électronique que je possède également, les niveaux de zoom sont inférieurs à ceux de cette autre loupe : le niveau de zoom X6 de mon autre loupe correspond au niveau X24 de cette loupe (ce qui est le maximum). Donc, si vous voulez une loupe électronique qui grossit beaucoup, ce n'est pas une loupe électronique à acheter. En ce qui me concerne, le niveau de zoom maximum me convient, et je trouve la poignée très pratique, mais pour ceux qui ont une vue très basse , les niveaux de zoom proposés ne conviendront pas.

La lupa está muy bien para el precio que tiene. El inconveniente es que hay que pegarla totalmente a lo que se quiere leer para que funcione, es decir, si se trata, por ejemplo de un periódico. hay que ponerla encima de éste e ir arrastrándola. Otro inconveniente, es que se pueden elegir multitud de colores, pero no hay blanco sobre negro (o por lo menos yo no lo he visto) y otra pega es que para llevarla en el bolso es un poco grande (el tmño de la pantalla está bien), pues la adquirí con el objeto de poder ir a un restaurante, supermercado, etc y no creí que lo de alrededor de la pantalla ocupase tanto.
