Quality not i expected
The length is not the one im looking for and width is higher/wider makes it difficult to use and its hard.Not comfortable for me to use for my back pain exercise.

Just right pressure for sensitive people. Unlike the ones that are hard or spiky, this one is just right. Gives you the massage without too much soreness. I'd recommend it for beginners and sensitive ones. Also it's longer than the normal rollers, so you cover more area.
