This is a must read book for all managers and professionals working on Products and Services
The layout, the contents and the logic and flow of the book is brilliant, kudos to the authors. I have been working in the Sotware Application Management Industry ( CRM, ERP and Digital Transformation) and always struggled with oragnizatoinal teams in putting their heads together for fearless discruption of processes... This book helped in the basiscs of problem solving and retraining the teams as a starting point.Will highly recomend the book.

Create product and services customer WANT.
So many people get caught up on things that don't matter to a start-up like ad-spend and forget that the product itself needs to be desirable by clearly solving a problem in a way that fits directly into the customer's daily life. Before you learn anything else about marketing, learn about how to develop products and services people actually want. Practice the process. This book will help you do that.
