OK but could use a couple of improvements
Bought this to match my Contour RollerMouse replacing a Posturite keyboard. Length wise matches perfectly to RollerMouse and fine to use, keys don't click too loud, but do make a noise. Just 4. annoying things, 1. no windows key which is shown in the picture - but actually the Start key does the same functions just says 'Start' and 2. the delete key is not in the expected place, is tiny and too far right past the backspace- would have preferred a bigger size key - moving the sound buttons and 3. Ctrl and Fn are reversed from any keyboard I've used before, so again quite a few mis-types. 4. Wireless - need to plug in a dangly usb receiver to make it work, so although no long wire trailing - still a wire trailing at the side of the laptop.

Very comfortable and responsive.
*This is the keyboard only, the roller mouse “wrist rest” shown paired with it does NOT come with this item.Beyond that, the keyboard itself offers a slimline typing solution that is both ergonomic and responsive enough to make it a great typing experience. Usually one area where manufacturers struggle it’s replicating the actuation that a full sized/heigh keyboard offers to the user in a slimmer package (Apple achieved this in their laptops recently).Fortunately the Contour Balance keyboard offers this typing experience. It’s fast, responsive, feels positive to type on and has really impressed me, I have swapped out my legacy iMac keyboard and replaced it with this as it’s just a far superior typing experience, the adjustment of the Kay board allows it to be brought up (or down) to a position that is comfortable for the user. A lot of slim keyboards lack this feature for some reason but it is a must for anyone that types regular (I prefer a higher angled keyboard that’s closer to a 30-45° tilt). The keys themselves are very nice to type on, they actuate with little effort and return to neutral almost instantly ready for their next input. The keys have a more mechanical type of feel rather than what you’d find in cheaper products, they are smooth and responsive, it’s a very well made keyboard. I’ve not experienced and input lag or delay and the keyboard was simply plug-and-play on the devices that I tried it with. From my perspective it’s a great keyboard, sure it’s a little more expensive than a none-branded slim keyboard offering here on Amazon but you definitely aren’t getting the same level of quality or typing experience that you do with the Contour Balance keyboard.

Very good to use
This Contour keyboard is probably the best that I have used, with a great feel to the keys in use. The travel is good, with ideal spacing even for my large hands and of course the advantage of adjustable tilt to achieve the most comfortable typing position. I have successfully used it with various devices as it pairs well, and the only disadvantage that I have experienced is that it obviously lacks dedicated function keys that appear on some keyboards designed for particular equipment. Overall I am very happy with it and can recommend.

Quality keyboard
This is a very nice keyboard, but then you would expect that for the price. It is a cut above the usual plastic I am used to, there is a good solid feel to this. And the key action seems perfect to me. Fast and accurate and pretty effortless typing results. It comes with the aaa batteries installed and you just pull the tab out to activate. The dongle is separate on an extension lead, but can be stored in the battery compartment. Installation was pretty painless but I did manage to put it in MAC mode by mistake. It should default to windows.Couple of things I don't like. You have to hold the fn key down in order to get to F5 key to refresh. And although I think some keys are programmable, I have no idea how, and the very basic manual doesn't help.Overall:. This keyboard is well made of high quality materials. It has got a great feel and is a joy to type on. It is quite expensive, but if you use everyday then a good investment.
