At first very pleased, however charged up with my Tesco SIM in it. Then proceed to add phone number hubby will need all very simple. Had it a few weeks battery low so popped it in the charger out of the month guarantee out by now the phone won't charge at all. tried it for a good few weeks no joy. I wouldn't mind if I had purchased £19.99 second-hand one no I purchased the new one??? !!!.

Love it!
Arrived speedily. So easy to set up and really easy to use. Very simple which is why I bought it - don't need all the fancy gadgets on a smartphone just the ability to contact or text someone. The charger is a great idea and so much better than the fiddly little connector, although that is still available if necessary. I only have 2 minor niggles; after setting up my emergency call I walked the dog and dropped my bag in the process of playing with him and the button set off, gave my daughter quite a fright, so I have now turned it off; the second niggle is that when I inserted my sim the telephone directory can only read one number so the mobile no. and house no. have to be separate - took me a while to collect all the numbers again.

Still trying to find a PAYG without top up charges
I'm a total technophobe so have struggled with phones in the past which have multiple menus. This one looked simple and my fiancé charged it for me on the cradle provided. I wanted the same set up I had years ago where I'd give Tesco ten pounds at the checkout and that would last me forever. (I made so few calls that I never used the full ten pounds.) He bought me a ten pound Vodaphone credit at Tesco but, when we phoned them, they wanted a credit card and would take a monthly top up charge of ten pounds for it. This would mean that the mobile would cost me £120 a year and I might use it four times. At the moment, my phone is sitting unused as I am reluctant to spend that amount of money for something I only want to use occasionally.

Nice simple phone for the elderly
Bought as a gift for an 80 year old relative, Likes the colour, finds it easy to store numbers, likes the big buttons, likes the large print on screen, likes the cradle, likes the sound volume and standard ring tone, likes the flip, secures against accidental dialling.Dislikes: Bit fiddly to open, can't get the back off himself to access sim card or battery.Generally very happy with his gift.

A good sensible Purchase
I purchased the same phone almost 2 years ago when I retired and wanted just a simple cost effectiveMobile Telephone, literally to make and receive Calls and text messages, it was SIM Free which suited Mypurposes, I have used it extensively over nearly two years without any problems whatsoever, therefore Idecided to Purchase this second TT Phone for My Wife, We are now singing from the same Hymn sheet. She finds it useful and compact, the large buttons are very useful and being a flip Phone, you cannotinadvertently press the buttons when it is in Your Pocket or Handbag. A Good sensible purchase.
