Great customer support
The earbuds are pretty good; they fit well in the ear and don’t fall off easily. The sound quality is great, and there’s a dedicated app that allows you to equalize the frequencies and set different functions for the touch controls. The battery is amazing—I use it a lot, and I’ve never run out of juice while in use. With the case, it can be charged once a week.After a few months of use, the left side started fading a bit. The sound became very low, so I contacted TOZO's customer support to claim the warranty. They were super nice and friendly and replaced the product promptly. I really like TOZO's products; this is not my first one from them, and the overall quality is amazing. Unfortunately, mine came with a small defect, but the promptness of the company in resolving the issue definitely counts as a lot of positive points.

Faulty Set
I was so excited when I got these, the ear pieces fit nicely, sound quality was great and I thought I had hit the jackpot.That was just over a month ago, and now, not only does the charging device last barely a few hours (not even the headphones themselves, the actual portable charging port!) but also, the right ear piece has completely stopped working! I reached out requesting a refund/replacement pair and the company refused since it was past the returns time frame (30 days for returns, this was on day 36). I then reached out to message the company to explain I was upset as they had only just stopped working and was less than a week after the 30 day period, and I didn’t even receive a response. Really disappointing customer service. I would understand a year later, but a few days? Really?From all the great reviews I can imagine this would be a good product if you aren’t the unlucky one who gets the faulty set, but don’t expect any kind of reimbursement if you are unlucky enough to be sold one of the dodgy headphones.
