Great book to read to kids

Good book, but I wish I‘d known, the girl appearently has no mom

This a terrific on resilience for kids especially during COVID. I used it for a guidance lesson with second graders this month.

I read this book to my 5 year old. I didn’t think he would understand it at first because the book’s target demographic seemed a little older. But he was interested and when I asked him about the book at the end, he was able to define what resilience was and how to tackle different situations.
