Yes. I have mine set for vibration only since I am totally deaf but there is an option to set for both vibration and sound.

Q: Are there any other reliable vibrator alarms like this one? My times go too fast now. :(

My understanding is that the time is derived from the electric utility so 60 cycles equals 1 second. In some of these models there is a switch, maybe in the battery compartment, to change it to 50 cycles for European standards. If you accidentally change the switch, the clock will advance one minute every 50 seconds, gaining you an hour every six hours or four hours per day.

Q: Is this a dual alarm? I need to wake at 2 AM as well as 6:30, so I need both in one clock. Thank you for your help :)

Just ordered this exact item and received the model SB200ss-v3, which has two alarms. There's a sticker on the box that says "New Improved! 5-level Dimmer Function Dual Alarm" The clock has these features, yet still says JUMBO SIZE DISPLAY SINGLE ALARM CLOCK printed above the LCD. I must have received a transitional model.

Q: Can you turn down/off the volume and just use the bed shaker?

Yes you can turn the volume off completely, the volume goes from 0 to 10. There is also an adjustment for the tone.
