Q: Why are they more costly than from the postal service?

I don't know about the others, but mine are more costly because Amazon takes a large commission from third party sellers. I'm simply try to break even . Hopefully you'll find them more reasonable. Also, the Post Office discontinues, and you will not be able to get them there anymore -- I'm not sure about this set of "Holy Family" -- but they become more valuable when retired. Thank you for your interest.
