Good Mic For The Money - Very Solid Construction and Sound Quality
The media could not be loaded. I did a full review of this mic because I wanted to try and find a good mic for around $50 for a Mac. This is a great microphone for this price range and the sound quality is very close to mics costing about 2 or 3 times the cost. I would recommend this for a YouTube channel, blogging, or even just online meetings since it really provides better sound than any stock mic. I use this on my mac computers and it works very good and takes about 1 minute to setup. Overall the mic is very heavy and metal construction and it appears like it will last a long time. It also comes with both usb-a and usb-c connections built in which is nice since I use it with an iMac and MacBook. Again, for the money you cannot go wrong with this mic. Maybe not the same as a $500 mic but based on sound quality, build quality, and features (pop shield, Stand, Cables), it is a good value.

Best Microphone for the price, and Amazing Quality!
The Fifine Microphone is by far one of the best microphones out there for its value. It's only about 50 dollars and it includes just about everything you could need for recording content with audio. The built in stand looks very lovely on your desk, and it also is easily detachable. You can also attach the microphone to various other accessories, especially thanks to the included converter so it will attach to any accessory, not just from FIFINE.The pop filter makes the audio sound even better, and its easily attachable and detachable, basically like a rubber band. If you have a PC, Mac, Chromebook, or any kind of device that supports USB 3.0 or USB C, you're in luck because this microphone works on almost everything, and all you need to do is plug it in.This microphone is amazing for all sorts of content, and I definitely recommend you get one for yourself.

Nice mic with a couple quirks (not deal breakers)
I like:Sound is above average, and I won't compare it to pro mics. I don't think anyone listening to its output will have much to complain about.Very low self-noise.Great overall quality. The mic feels solid and the mat black finish gives a premium feel.Nice pop-filterUSB-B connector, could've been a C, but at least it's not a micro-USBI like less:The position of the gain pot is hard to see.Tripod for desk use is too short, albeit a nice build, mic would be too far from anyone's mouth (I use it with an arm)The on/off indicator is dumb: green=on, red=off when the A/V world will agree: "red means recording" and off=off.I don't like:No way to adjust EQ in some kind of software, there's a DAC in there, I'd like some control.Mute (on/off) button kills power to the preamp (I believe) instead of elegantly fading to -N db, so you get an audible "PpFFfft" sound (not terrible) when (/un)muting.The lag-free monitoring is bonkers loud with no output control, all highs, and extremely hiss-y… you'll need to run it through a mixer and lower its gain+EQ if that's a feature you need. If you don't have a mixer, I don't see how this will be of any use since it's direct from the mic and not mixed with your computer's audio as you'll only be able to hear yourself and nothing else… I'm also guessing that the 3.5mm jack position was for practical reasons as it's silly looking to have a headphone cable stick out from the back of the mic.OverallGreat bang4buck, sounds a million times better than a tiny electret mic on some headphone's boom.

Good mic, great price, disapponting stand
I've been using my phone for voice recordings, decided to try a dedicated mic that could record directly onto my PC. This is the first dedicated mic I've used, so perhaps my opinion is less informed than others. But I like this mic. It was easy to set up and get working, only took about 10 minutes. Unlike so many electronics sold on Amazon, this one actually has a very useful users guide that comes in the box, really helpful during setup. Got it working straight away with Adobe Audition. Be aware the mic is extremely senstivie and picks up background noise, but that's to be expected from this kind of mic. I used Audition's noise rediction tools to get rid of it pretty easily. I'm happy with the purchase and plan on keeping this mic, the sound is cleaner than recording on my phone. However, the tone is a bit tinny or metallic sounding. I'll take care of that with my editing software, but it'd be better if the mic were not introducing that sound. So that's the good. The bad is the pathetic desktop stand they provided with the mic. Like almost all of the other mics sold, it is far too short to be used on a standard desktop, which is how most users will be using it. I had to prop mine up on a cardboard box so I could speak directly into it. Why can't one of these mic makers be the smart on that provides a stand that actually is useful? That's why I gave the mic 4 stars instead of 5.

Unique Find, Worth Every Penny
I bought the cheaper model of this mic and returned it because I realized this mic included two important features: 1. Sidetone 3.5mm out, 2. Mute button. Both are incredibly useful. I was pleasantly surprised the 3.5mm out was capable of passing both sidetone out and device audio out. Simply put this mic is the pinnacle of any PC mic I can think of. Gone are the days of screaming or hearing screaming from me or my fiancé when talking to people online because we cannot hear ourselves talk with headphones on. It is 100% compatible with our PS4 Pro as well. Its primary use is with a capture card, which is another reason why the 3.5mm out is really useful. I will also note it's heavy construction prevents tipping. You can pay twice as much for a Mic and get half the features and quality as this one. My only criticism is the silly cable it comes with that has the USB-C tumor, I understand its there so it can support newer macs but I feel like it could have just as easily been a separate cable or a attachment for the USB A port.
