I'm a 58 year old recreationally competitive sportsman who lives with a muti-time dislocated right shoulder. Wanted to add push-ups to my routine but was concerned about additional stress on my shoulder. This many adjustments available on this push up board allows me to find the perfect angle that works for me. I am now 3 weeks & 7,500 pushups into a my 10,000 per month pushup challenge. If you want to do pushups, this is it!

I have been using this push up board for a while, the advantage over push up bars is that you will get stable grip and the distance between the hands is constant, so it is precise. All you need do just count the reps. Very effective!

I did not like the product and sent it back for a refund. I still haven't received it. Emailed the company and no response. After 5 days, I emailed them again. Hope to hear back and get my refund.

The item arrived damaged in its original box (Amazon did not put it in a larger box). One of the handles was rattling and loose. After inspecting it, one of the plastic clips that holds a the top of the handle cover snapped into the actual handle was broken. It left a gap that made that one end loose to the point it flexed. The product is very cheaply made and does not seem durable as advertised. It is way overpriced and seems like a "dollar store" quality. It even had the Chinese factory marking in Chinese on the box and inside the box. Started a full refund process and plan to ship it back to Amazon today.I would only recommend to purchase if the price was around $20 or under. Asking $53 is a crime for this poor quality item. My Iron Gym pull-up bar is much better in quality and will just continue to use it to do push-ups. Do not pay this price point.

Don’t know what I was expecting but it’s just cheap plastic. Probably does the job but I haven’t used it much because the grips don’t seem comfortable enough and I was disappointed when I first opened it and saw what it was. Maybe I should have paid more attention but it looked more substantial in the product pics

I wanted this contraption because I use push up bars, but don't like having to reassess the two bars each time to make sure they're symmetrically aligned with my body. I thought this device could "lock in" a position for the two bars that would enable me to just throw it down and use it. But you need to know that there are four separate pieces (two flat bars and two handles) and they will always be separate. They don't lock in but stay together merely from your weight as you do a push up. As a result, every time I wanted to put it away, it was a clunky mess of separate plastic pieces that store poorly. I think I'll just go back to the old bars.
