Gowise tech support sucks
Purchased in august of 2021 and used extremely little. Last 6 months i plugged a short string of led lights on the inverter to light my patio. Recently the cooling fans come on and stay on in very cold weather. Sometimes the unit shuts off on high temp when it is 40 degrees outside and only about 1/10th of a watt load. Gowise tech support says they cannot help me troubleshoot the unit and they do not sell repair parts for it. Gowise sucks.

Unit is properly installed with a constant 13.3v feed. When using a coffee maker, it cuts out during the water heating part of the cycle. (about 1400 Watts)I restart. It runs for a few seconds and cuts out again. During the third attempt it finishes the cycle.How do I contact support regarding this?
