Love love love this knife set!! I was looking for knives to match my copper/rose gold kitchen flatware and accessories and these are just perfect! I get TONS of compliments on them because they are so unique! I was a little worried about how the brown handles would look since my cabinets are black but the are perfectly offset by the black case. Coating on knives have all faded. Ive owned them now for 3+ years and i didnt think i would be ready to buy another set by now but theyre getting rust and the discoloration is just blehhh

This knife set is of good quality if cared for properly. There are a couple of maintenance protocols that need to be minded in order to maintain. The first is that the plastic sides of the knife block build up static electricity and allow for particles to gather. This isn’t horrible and a quick wipe down with a non abrasive cloth will solve this issue as to not scratch the plastic sides of the butcher block. The second issue is with the finish of the blade itself. Nothing to do with quality of finish on the blades. The issue is that anything will stand out on the finish of the blade after washing. For example, we use a water softener at our home and unless you dry the blade off immediately after washing, there will be visible white spots on it. We follow a strict regiment of wiping down the knives and drying them thoroughly before putting them back in the butchers block. These knives hold their edge well and are easy to maintain as long as one is careful with the finished edge of the blade.

I've had my eye on this set for 8 months and finally bought it, and am so happy I did! The set I received came packaged insanely well, like the only way it could have been damaged is if it was dropped off the top of the conveyor belt at the sorting facility during transit, and even then it may have survived.I love the color of the blades. I love the display. So far they cut and clean up beautifully, we will see how they last over time. The set came with a 25 year warranty in the manufacuring packaging though, I'm definitely registering them and keeping the proof of purchase. If they fail to live up to normal wear and tear they will replace them, that says that they should be quality to me and last.I'm wondering if some of the bad reviews got knock offs or a bad batch because I most definitely do not feel the same as any of those reviewers.

I bought these 3 years agoThe knife block came cracked seller never did get back to me. Bottom line the block still functioned so I never worried about it.Yes they are hand wash only !! Knowing that I purchased anyway... I have been hand washing them and they are still in perfect shape!They are still sharp and I love them- I get lots of compliments on these knives they are artistic and functional

Very food set of knifes overall. Very sharp when arrived, cut well, easy to sharpen. Display block makes for easy storage and takes up less room then normal blocks. Do wish you could take the protective glass off to clean the inside of glass, gets dusty. The peeling knife in my set has separated from the handle, so not usable now. Or would give a solid 5 stars on this set. It is a year since I purchased it?? Just expected all knives to last a little longer.

The knives are super beautiful. The 5 inch utility knife got bent and the company replaced it. They are very comfortable to used. The handles are rubbery and the blades are sharp. I think it is a good variety of knives and I like the magnetic storage. I found these knives on sale for twenty dollars off the day after I purchased them.

i started to see some discoloration already. Also its not as sharp as the other knife from the same brand. you are also not able to sharpen them due to the color. Might want to consider this before purchasing.
