Creamy and rich flavor
It's hard to find a good dark chocoalte hot-cocoa that can be made with hot water. This one is very good with hot water and has enough powdered creamer to leave the cocoa with a thicker consistency. The powder dissovled easily and didn't leave large un-incorporated lumps at the bottom of my mug.

It takes two packets to get the full flavor, but it is so good and so rich. Way cheaper than others and so yummy.
