Small but Cute
My seven-year-old granddaughter and my son built this together. What an enjoyable day that was. My only concern is that, when turned off, he occasionally makes a noise and reorients itself. I guess the two of them will need to check his wiring. My granddaughter named him Frank.

parts missing
this robot was a Christmas gift. Tried to put together with grandson, and the sensor was missing. I contacted manufacturer directly and they stated I needed a receipt. We did not have one and the gift giver could not find. So I asked to purchase missing piece to robot and all correspondence came to a halt. I was not asking for the blueprints, just to purchase missing part.

Poor design
Cables are not soldered properly, plastic elements difficult to disassemble (don't expect an 8 year old to not make mistakes when putting it together) once put together.

Greatly enjoyed by my grandson
My 7 year old grandson (with a little help from his dad) managed to build this robot successfully. He has pretty much worked out how to program it too. He was so excited to receive this as his Christmas present! I was a bit worried as there were some fairly negative reviews but it is being enjoyed and there is an element of learning going on too! What more could you want!

Broke whilst assembling it
Bought as a birthday present for 8-year old. Very difficult to assemble even for an adult. Wires fall out of place easily and difficult to take bits of the robot apart to rectify, breaking various bits of plastic in process. Instructions not the easiest to follow. Eventually a wire snapped before we finished making it as the connections are quite flimsy. Not recommended unless you are skilled at fiddly electrical engineering.
