I love this iced coffee maker! I've always been a Mr. Coffee fan and have their hot coffee maker so assumed this would make coffee just as well and it does. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast it brews. You have a cup of iced coffee in about 2 minutes. Much faster than the drive through! Make sure you follow all the directions.

Easy to use & clean. I make iced- coffee every morning which saves money since I don't spend it on store brought iced coffee. Please it comes with a tumbler.

Love the color, works good, just used it for the 1st time today (4/6/25) and it went smoothly. Gave it 4 stars cause my tumbler came with a crack in it, luckily my coffee didn't leak into the inside of my tumbler & hopefully I dont have no issues with this crack in the future. It's easy to clean and use 👍🏿

I got this for my fiancé and he loves it! We were spending so much buying coffees and now he can just make them at home! The process of making coffee with it is super easy and the unit as a whole feels pretty sturdy. Cleaning it is easy and its size is great because it doesn’t take up much space. Overall we are very happy!

I've been a fan of cold brew/iced coffee, for 3 years. I'm not a fan of hot coffee, I just like my drinks ice cold (ice included). I usually brew my coffee in my Ninja Coffee Machine (love that thing, btw) and use this when I'm wanting a late night cup or just need something to get me going, out of the gate. The ease of use and quality of this product is solid. You just fill your tumbler to the water line, dump it into the machine, add your coffee or tea of choice, make sure the cup is filled with plenty of ice, turn it on and let it go.One thing that I wish was included, was a straw cleaner. That's the only thing I can never get cleaned well. Otherwise, this machine is easy to clean, same for the tumbler. The filter is easy to clean, the machine doesn't have a very big footprint, either. I just push it in the corner on my countertop and it's out of the way. This is perfect for someone who wants a quick cup of iced coffee, that doesn't have a batch of cold brew ready. It's also great for those nights you want a single cup of decaf, as well. I've fixed iced tea in this as well. Just dump 1 serving of loose tea leaves in the filter, add the same amount of water and let it do it's magic.This is ideal for a college student living in a dorm or apartment. Trust me, Starbucks gets very expensive. You could fix your own, save some cash and use that for something else. I give this a 5 out of 5, again... throw in a straw cleaner and you'll be set. This device includes a scoop, for measuring out the coffee. Very convenient, I might add. Trust me, once you use this a couple of times, you'll see why this product was created.

Ended up return this item. All is good quality, but it was not what I was thinking it was.
