If I already have a hand held shower attachment can this be added to that hose ?

The shower adapter is designed to fit behind your shower head and is also compatible with many hand held shower attachments. Without seeing your specific shower set up it's hard to say if it's compatible. Hope this answers your question!

What's the length of the hose?

Hi there, the hose is 8 ft long.

Does it come with the part to adapt to the shower?

YES! Every Aquapaw includes the shower adapter shown in our product images. Hope you will decide to order!

When installed in a shower, is it possible to have water coming out of shower head and aquapaw at the same time?

The diverter which is included with each Aquapaw can only be switched to either the shower or the Aquapaw, not both. You can of course purchase a shower diverter with this extra setting.
