No. This is a SINGLE channel receiver. You can only use one transmitter at a time. If you need 2, you have to buy two complete systems. So you would need one QLXD24/SM58 and one QLXD14/85, both in the same frequency group. Or you could look at the Shure SLX-D systems. They have a dual channel receiver available. You can buy 1 - SLXD4D Dual Channel Receiver 1 - SLXD2/SM58 Handheld Transmitter 1 - SLX-D-1 Body Pack Transmitter 1 - WL185 Lavalier Mic

Does this system work with a wireless speaker?

If that wireless speaker has a mic input, yes. The receiver part of this needs to be connected, with a wire, to the speaker/pa system.

Says dual channel but I don't see pic of back showing two inputs?

I am not sure that dual channel would be the same as the input. It might be a good idea to go onto Shures website and look at the specifications
