Love it serger great no problems threading even thou its suppose to came prethreaded. Im just happy to have it.

I was so enthused when I saw on Youtube how beautiful this serger constructs clothes. I'm new at serging but not to sewing. Serger came with all white threads and is set accordingly. Ready to use right out the box. I swapped the white thread for same color threads as tension dials in order to be able to identify the needle positions on the fabric. For me, the most challenging part is threading the lower looper. Definitely worth the trouble. I love this "BEAST."

The package arrived intact, but the foot pedal doesn't work! I'm in a dilemma because I was supposed to sew items for an event in two weeks. I don't know how to find a way to replace the foot pedal (cord) immediately!

so far so good! it didnt come pre threaded like the product description says, which is a bit of a disappointment. but once i got it threaded i tested it out and its working good! cant speak to its longevity yet, and i havent used other sergers but this is exactly what i was looking for.

Soy primeriza tenía miedo usarla pero empecé a usarla y es bien fácil en todos los sentidos, instalarla, poner los hilos siguiendo las instrucciones, estoy muy contenta con mi compra . La recomiendo 100%

Waited anxiously for new serger to arrive because I had several projects waiting to be completed. Opened the box and got it set up but soon realized all the accessories were missing. Website indicated accessories would be in the top of the box or in the accessory holder. Nothing! Thank goodness the foot pedal was enclosed! Kept the machine because the delay to finish my projects and the time spent to repackage and ship back wasn’t worth it. Just wish there was a way to at least get a refund for missing parts since I paid for them.
