It looks exactly like his super non old LED one so he is very happy. LED is dimmable which is a bonus for him. Arrived early too!!

I am loving this lamp. I have very poor vision and this is exactly what I needed to help keep me active with things like reading and sewing. I have been using it everyday for something. The light is VERY bright and that was something I really needed. The magnifyer is made from glass and works very nicely to help me read small print and also to see my laptop screen and sew things by hand. I love it and highly reccomend it. Also it attached to my little laptop desk easily with no problems and I can move it all around. Very happy with it.

Light does as advertised. Nice clean look, easy to use and a nice selection of brightness levels. Magnifier is a plus and it holds at variety of angles when adjusted. Good price too.

My initial impression is a very good value. The unit was packaged very well and was delivered in pristine condition. Variable intensity LED will provide much needed relief for tired eyes while performing close work. I particularly like the touch screen type on/off and dimmer controls. The tilt adjustment and mechanisms are well made. The base is robust and has a very generous clamping range.
