This is a great little charger. Worked great out of the box. There were instructions explaining the light indicators, so no trouble there. Placed my phone on it and it immediately began charging. This is awesome because my old charger was so touchy that you’d have to pick up and replace the phone like 47 times to get it to charge! This one seems to find it first try every time! I am not sure how long it takes to charge, but not more than a few hours. My phone was on 1% and when I checked in it about 3 hours later, it was fully charged, so 3 hours or possibly less, I am not sure because I forgot to check it periodically! I had no problems with anything overheating or feeling hot to the touch. I’m very happy with this, great value for the money!

It works. One complaint, it doesn’t “attach” itself to the back of our phones like most magnetic chargers, otherwise it’s fine. If I ever get an Apple Watch I’d probably use it for that.

I purchased this in January, and it's been working beautifully for me and my LG V50 ThinQ. The phone would get a bit warm during charging, but I understand that's normal for a wireless charger. The only complaint I had was that it was a little hard to find the "sweet spot": if the phone wasn't positioned just right on the pad, it wouldn't charge.But this morning I woke up to find that the connector plugged into the pad was incredibly hot (burning hot), and upon closer inspection, I saw that both the connector of the cable and the area around the connector on the pad were melted and had actually fused together. I quickly unplugged the other end of the cable from the charging block (which wasn't even warm), and I had to let it sit for about 10 minutes before it had cooled enough to handle. It even burned the towel it was sitting on (see circled area in the 1st photo), and the phone case was also damaged, as can be seen in the 5th photo.This combination had been working great for 3 months: same charging block, same cable, same charging pad, and even the same towel. The phone case was new as of March 14, but I can't imagine how that could have been to blame. And as the charging block wasn't even warm (and is still working fine), I don't see how that could've been at fault.The cable and the pad were destroyed, so I am replacing both. I'm not sure whether the pad or the cable was to blame for this, but I will play it safe and replace both with different brands. I decided on a charging stand rather than a pad, as it claims to eliminate the "sweet spot" problem, and puts the phone in a usable position while charging. Bought for a gift and as far as I know - works well!

Charges slow and got to make sure your phone is positioned perfectly and does not get moved off of the sweet spot or you will find your phone didn’t charge. Use the light indicator and try to keep it from being disturbed while charging. This could deff be improved but it isn’t bad compared to what’s out there that is similar and at a good price point vs competition.

Works well with my Samsung Galaxy S23 phone and fast charges. It's a little on the larger size, but overall I'm satisfied.
