This book is the real deal. As a data governance professional with experience building programs, I can attest to the usefulness of this book. We all know a picture is worth a thousand words and this book offers templates and figures I wish I had access to years ago.

Definite must have for Data Stewards and Data Governance professionals. This book addresses many aspects of establishing Governance down to distinct roles, functions and tasks.

If you read the first edition, this “upgrade” is worth the purchase. Much has changed with DG since then and it’s reflected in this book. An informative read and handy reference for anyone working in this field.
