Very easy to assemble. Stick the 2 provided adhesive circles on the back (space them out evenly) and stick them on the glass/wood/drywall surface. In my case, a glass surface. Switching the "vacant/occupied" sign is easy-peasy, Japanesey. Great quality for its affordable price. I’m using this on a metal door so the magnets were vital. They are very strong. Sign doesn’t move when sliding it back and forth. It also comes with adhesive for non-metal surfaces. Good product!
