Q: Okay, real question, are these good for beginners? Like barley getting strength

Yes, actually these are 'beginner' friendly. Just start with the lime green one. It's labeled "Light". Then as you get stronger, progress through each band for more challenges. I really like them so far.

Q: Do these bunch up or snap?

I don't use them any more but when i did I never had them bunch-up or snap for me.

Q: How many pounds of resistance does each band provide? What is the strongest one? Lightest one?

The lightest is 5-10lbs and the most resistant is 30-40 lbs. There is a picture in the link itself that breaks down each of the bands resistance strength.

Q: But can a fat fuel use them??? You always see skinny girls using these. Do I need to lose weight before using them?

No you don’t have to loss weight to use them! I use them for my legs and arms, to get rid of the flab and to tone the muscle
