Does not support 3 monitors @ 1080p nevermind 4k.
The best I could get was 2 x 1080p and 1 x 600p. Not functioning as labeled.

Plenty of ports but compatibility may be a problem
The dock and separate power supply are well built, sizeable and weighty. In fact the size and weight mean that they are likely to be permanent features, rather than post-lockdown portable kit. The USB-C PD charging and input port, connections for three monitors (2 x DisplayPort, 1 x HDMI), 1GbE Ethernet port, 2 x USB C 3.1 Gen 2 (one with fast charging), 2 x USB A 3.1 Gen 1, 2 x USB A 2.0, 3.6mm audio, SD card reader, mean that it should suit most connection scenarios. The dock comes with a USB C to USB C cable and, the power supply feed and output cables are long enough to be mounted under a desk. The dock has slots to security lock it.Technical reviews can hinge on compatibility of equipment. Thanks to Amazon Vine I was able to compare this dock with a Plugable TBT3-UDC3-EUA (Thunderbolt 3), so that I could test the same equipment on both. Albeit that the Thunderbolt 3 PCIe card is in my main computer, not the test computer. The main and Test computers both run Windows 10 Home 20H2. I used a Surface Book laptop running Windows 10 Pro (no USB C charging and, my test computer that has a SilverStone PCIe card with 1 x USB A and 1 x USB C ports each providing 10Gbs. A USB A (test computer) to USB C (dock input) cable worked well, but the USB C to USB C with some cables caused a problem with the eXtensible Host Controller, so that a USB A 3.0 memory stick could only be read in the USB A 2.0 ports. It would work well with a Thunderbolt 3 cable.I didn't have a miniDP to HDMI cable to connect the laptop to a monitor, so I used a USB A to HDMI cable: that didn't work. The comparison was sufficient to move the Plugable dock from four to five stars, despite the additional cost and facilities for two screens. Your kit may be compatible with the Alogic dock, mine has some issues.

Versatile if your laptop supports it
This is a USB-C dock - rather than a thunderbolt dock - so you may have compatability issues depending on how you choose to use it.Quite how you are able to use it will depend on what each USB-C port on your laptop supports. The dock claims support for up to 3 external displays - which along with the laptop display gives four screens and therefore an impressive workspace. But if you want these displays to be high resolution, then the bandwidth of USB-C is going to let you down even if your laptop can drive 4 hi resolution displays. That said, if you are happy with 1920x1080 then you should get away with things - again if your laptop supports it.Sadly, the only way to really work out if this works fully with your machine is to buy it and try it. Digging through specs is likely to take longer than buying, shipping and trying. And Amazon's returns policy should see you good if it doesn't work out.Beyond the impressive - if confusing - display support, this dock has just about everything else you coudl want in a dock.It even has 100w of power delivery for laptop charging, though if you are looking at driving 4 displays them you probably have a pretty hefty mobile workstation and 100W might not be enough to charge it.At the time of writing this review this dock is selling for less than £170 and that is a great price. Even at the list price of £200, if this dock is compatible with your setup, then its a good price with docks with fewer options costing more.

A good value USB-C dock with Power Delivery
This product offers decent value for money, however it has certain limitations and you need to understand the basic difference between USB-C and Thunderbolt 3 ports (and know which one your laptop has) to know if this product is for you.As other reviewers have suggested - Macbook Pro compatibility (the laptop has had TB3 ports since the late-2016 model) is a problem and indeed at the time of writing this review the product page said this was a Windows-only - don't buy this if your intention is to use it with a Mac.Another reviewer stressed the limited USB-C bandwidth compared to TB3, resulting in limited potential for 3x 4K display. It is in fact possible to run such setup on selected laptops, however you'll need to refer to the resolution table on the product page and check if your machine supports DP alt mode with DisplayPort 1.4 (HBR3 + DSC).I got this dock in another store for work purposes and use it everyday with a Surface Pro 7 (with some light casual use). It replaced another (less expensive) dock by Startech and solved two problems I had with that one. The major one fixed by the ALOGIC dock was with Power Delivery (it comes with own power adapter and delivers enough juice to support the dock's features and charge the PC at FULL speed - or up to 100W). The other one was minor and it's the HDCP-compatibility, allowing multimedia content (Netflix, Prime Video) to be shown on the external monitors (the other dock caused static on the monitor I tried to use for media playback). There is one quirk that came up in my use case that might not bear any significance for most. Assuming you use your laptop like a desktop (plugged in 99% of the time), if you have the dock's power cable connected to a timed mains socket (mine has a button to turn it on and will switch off after 12 hours) or a smart power strip, once the power is cut and you bring it back on, the Power Delivery will not resume until you've taken out the USB-C cable and plugged it back in. Not a huge issue, but will be an annoyance as your daily routine will be 1. Turn on the power 2. Unplug & plug in the USB-C cable.
